01. Submit an Idea
To get started, submit your project through our online application process by sending a message through the contact form. All projects should fall within the ethical parameters of EMG and should have a complete pitch deck, synopsis, chain of title, script, budget and schedule to qualify for tokenization.
02. Token Generation
Once your project has been vetted and approved, your project’s tokens are created and listed on EMG's platform using our one of a kind tokenization process. Now your audience and industry partners can buy tokens to fund your project.
03. Sell Tokens
Tokens can be held allowing for long-term engagement, or may be sold transferred in future services on the EMG platform. Every transaction, fund allocation, and revenue dollar is tracked on the blockchain, preventing mismanagement.
04. Production & Distribution
Funds are used for production and marketing. The creator is responsible for distribution. All projects have a capped budget, meaning you cannot raise more than your original budget submitted and approved. Funds are allocated efficiently, in three tranches: Prep, Production, Post production. All films are secured by Completion Bonds.
05. Revenue &
Profit Sharing
Once your project has completed and secured distribution, all revenue from your film is automatically recorded on the blockchain and distributed fairly to token holders according to the pre-set profit participation structure. This eliminates delays, middlemen, and financial mismanagement.
